V-Manager
manages
and tracks the entire solicitation mailing process. Select from
the easy-to-use criteria screens which names to include, give
the mailing a name and a date, and watch V-Manager do the rest!.
Designate
simultaneous mailings for the system to track.
Manually
remove a person from receiving follow-up materials - track returned
mail.
Shows status
of each individual for each defined mailing. The system knows
whether the individual received the mailing and whether or not
a contribution was received.
Evaluate
the profitability of every mailing -- see response percentages
and average contributions.
NEW: Acquisition
mailing tracking -- see statistics on where the names in your
database came from and how successful each list was.
Follow-up
mailing materials can be automatically sent only to those donors
who received the original mailing but did not respons with a contribution
or pledge.
Mail merge
all people who either did or did not respond to a specified mailing.
Reports show
number of receipients manually deactivated for bad addresses or
by request.
Responses
from mailings are kept on file permanently with no need to archive
old data. See data on responses from as far back as you wish.
In addition
to contributions, pledges can also count as a response.
