The V-Manager system provides information for an unlimited number of donors, and includes the One-Click™ system. The One-Click™ system allows you to view different aspects of any individual -- bills, contributions, mailing information, banquet reservations, etc. -- with just one click.

 

• Automatic labels for use in word processing salutations.
• System automatically corrects capitilization and punctuation of name and address information.
• Automate each donor receiving the proper 'thank-you' letter.
• Scroll on screen through person's contribution or pledge history.
• Easy to use system of categorizing each name in the database. These system-wide flags are user-defined. Examples would be Banquet Invitee, Advertiser, etc.
• Contributions can be organized by purpose, fiscal year, fund type, solicitor, bank, master campaign, and more.
• Bills, statements, receipts printed on plain paper - no pre-printed forms needed.
• Mailing labels can be printed in alpha or zip order -- or even in third class bulk pre-sort order.
• Reporting is phenomenal -- over 25 different types of standard contribution reports alone -- with a variety of options and filters -- yet simple to use.
• Select names to report on from a criteria screen where the user can 'check-off' combinations of options -- all names invited to the banquet who contributed more than $100 last year.
• On-screen totals for each donor.
• Unlimited addresses and phone numbers.
